How to make the perfect hot chocolate?
- Spoon three heaped teaspoons into a mug or cup – add more for extra intensity.
- Mix into a paste with a little hot water.
- Gently heat around 200ml of milk and pour onto the chocolate, stirring thoroughly.
- For a magical hot chocolate experience, top with whipped cream, marshmallows and a generous sprinkle of chocolate flakes.
