Cafetière & Filter
Our fresh, pre-ground coffee is a simple, convenient option if you don’t have a home grinder. The coffee grind coarseness (our Omni grind) is perfect for cafetières (French press), and drip filters and can also be used in the Aeropress, Moka pots and coffee percolators. We’d always recommend whole beans for absolute freshness but if you do opt for pre-ground, it’s always best to keep them in an airtight container, away from light and use them as quickly as possible.

With many dark and strong coffee beans there is always a strong possibility that there will be that bitter after taste. Not with Brown Bear New Latin. It is wonderfully dark, with a rich crema and hints of chocolate. It is so smooth and hides its strength well. I have been buying this bean for @5 years and have never once been disappointed as it is always consistent drunk from my Delonghi bean to cup machine. It works well not only in expresso, latte, cappuccino but also as the expresso for my son's wonderful Tiramisu! (pictured). Brown Bear master on service with delivery being quick, without fuss and the beans have also been roasted very recently in the 1kg packs that I buy.

Been looking for a proper dark roast strong coffee for ages. Tried lots of others that claim to be dark roast and strength 5 but they are always a let down. This new Latin is gorgeous. I could tell as soon as I opened the bag. The smell is wonderful but the beans are dark and glossy, that's the tell tale sign! Wonderful in my bean to cup machine, will definitely be buying those again. I have the other dark roast ones to try now and I'm really looking forwards to it.
