Cafetière & Filter
Our fresh, pre-ground coffee is a simple, convenient option if you don’t have a home grinder. The coffee grind coarseness (our Omni grind) is perfect for cafetières (French press), and drip filters and can also be used in the Aeropress, Moka pots and coffee percolators. We’d always recommend whole beans for absolute freshness but if you do opt for pre-ground, it’s always best to keep them in an airtight container, away from light and use them as quickly as possible.

Love this coffee, single origin arabica with the notes I prefer. Always a consistent cup. Impressed packaging is recycled and the shipping packing is compostable.
Great of you prefer a milder cuppa.
I don't like strong beans, so opted for these beans which had a strength rating of 2. I would normally go for a strength of 3.
For my personal taste they weren't strong enough but if you like a milder cup then the will definitely be for you.
The actual taste was good.
The order process, the delivery and quality of the beans was all excellent and couldn't fault them.
I will be ordering again just not these.
It is getting difficult to find a light-roast arabica ground coffee now. The supermarkets seem to have stopped holding strength 2, almost all their coffees are strength 3 or stronger. The Brown Bear Brazilian suits us very well, and we have now started on our second bag.
I really liked this one, I think I prefer the breakfast blend overall but this was a nice light one too. Has sweet undertones that goes great with my oat milk.
A mild coffee more suited for me as a morning coffee, it's a nice enough roast but I look forward to trying some with a darker roast than this for my own tastes.
Amazing coffee, tastes so much better than other brands because the blends are tailored so you can pick exactly what you want from each bean type. Full of flavour and if you follow the guides on site to pick you will get your perfect brew.
When I say not strong enough I mean it doesnt have quite the dark roast that I like. I'm not saying its horrible but I think its probably better black with no milk and perhaps for those that like 'weaker' or milder blends. I prefer a coffee that shakes me in the morning haha!
The unsung hero of Brown Bear's range I think...mild, nutty and of course there is that sweet background note that I love. I normally drink this either black or with a dash of almond milk in it.
Really gorgeous coffee. Not too darlky roasted and i find it just right with a little bit of milk and you can honestly taste that nuttiness of the bean. Lovely and very happy with Brown Bear's service as always...

Great body, smooth with or without milk in and accompanied with notes of sweetness and nuttiness.
Decided to give this coffee a review as it's only got one review and I think its maybe a little underrated cos of it's strength number (2). It's soo smooth and has a kick but nothing too dark, absolutely perfect for me! I enjoy it with a nice piece of shortbread when I can!
